Q1: If I buy security products online, are your devices brand new?
Answer: Yes, all the security products to be sent in Brand-New Status. We are authorized parnter of ZKTeco and UNI-T brand. All devices related to ZKTeco and UNI-T are original brand new.

Q2. What do I do if I have received a faulty product?
 Answer: Contact us at [email protected] or whatsapp 0086.185.7662.7199 or online chat, providing photos and proof of purchase, and our team would love to assist further.

Q3. Do you ship internationally?
 Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide to lots of countries where express and E-post can reach. If you want fast arrival, choose Express.Â
Q4: How long does it take to process an order?
 Answer: If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 2-4 business days from placing your order.

Q5: How can I track my order?
 Answer: When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know or you can find the tracking info on your account. You’ll receive another email shortly after with your tracking information which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey. For most E-post packages, 17track is recommended to track your packages.
