From my point of view, below suggestions are given for your reference:

1. If you are fresh guy, just need an entry-level to use, then UTi32 and UTi712S.
2. If for water leak detection, heat detection for home, at least UTi712S.
3. If you need a higher-level for PCB diagnostics, at least UTi260B, better to add a micro lens Z002.
4. If need camera to measure high temperature over 800 degree, only UTi32 can meet.

Comparison Chart on UTi260B and UTi712S thermal camera. If budget is limited, choose UTi712s. Otherwise, strongly recommend UTi260B. If need higher temperature measurement tool, then choose UTi32 portable thermal camera. All are at high quality, best thermal imaging camera for different price levels.

I bought the UTI260B product because it was cheaper than other brands online and let me just say how impressed I am with the quality and the price! I bought this device to check my home insulation and was pleasantly surprised with the details on the camera. I was able to locate issues with water leaks and insulation problems. All in all a very decent and well priced thermal camera with some nice features. Very happy buy.

This thing is too much fun!! Our home has radiant heating and it multi levels. So I wanted to double check where the pipes was routed for the upstairs levels. Works perfectly! This works for so many things, inside temps, air leaks around windows etc. It also has a Micro SD slot (came with a card as well) so you can record imagines.

I love this device… The quality seems to be quite good. Its clear pictures are very useful. Helps me a lot in the maintenance of underground heat pump system. reasonable price, very rugged, good USB cable, 16GB SD-Card included, high resolution of the thermal sensor.
